Section 6. The "Destroyer" tours see two different bands touring. For the European leg, they're still using the Alive! costumes (and selling the "Alive!" tourbook at shows), but playing more songs from the new album. For the N. American leg, the band would present new costumes and a new stage-show.

Set list: Deuce / Strutter / Flaming Youth / Hotter Than Hell / Firehouse / She / Nothin' To Lose / Shout It Out Loud / Black Diamond / Detroit Rock City / Rock And Roll All Nite / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll

Notes: Classically from the "Stoned In Paris" bootleg LP, though without several of the songs. The final song appears to not circulate in any form.
Quality: The best AUD recording of the European "Alive/Destroyer" tour, though some copies run too fast.

Notes: Recorded on both audio and video. Paul suggests, prior to the final song that Ace was going to make his vocal debut.
Quality: Generally a good AUD recording though hissy in parts.

1976, June 3
Circus Krone
Munich, Germany
Set list: ~unknown.
Notes: "Detroit Rock City" from this show was filmed (multi-camera) and broadcast on the 3 Szene Musik television show mixed in with backstage footage.
Lyrically, Paul has issues with the first verse.
Quality: Pretty reasonable, but far from perfect.

1976, late June
Hanger E, Stewart International Airport
Newburgh, NY
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll
Notes: Rehearsals for the "Spirit of '76" tour filmed of the band performing for the press from an elevated static camera position.
Quality: Black and white footage.

1976, July 10
Roosevelt Stadium
Jersey City, NJ
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Hotter Than Hell / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Strutter / Nothin' To Lose / Do You Love Me? / Watchin' You / God Of Thunder / Flaming Youth / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond / Rock And Roll All Nite
Notes: Just the third date on the US tour. Parts of this show was released as the unofficial "Lost Concert" DVD in 2003. Gene referred to it as being a bootleg at the time, and KISS obtained the copyright of the original 1/2" video the following year. What is known is that the full show does exist on video, but doesn't widely circulate.
Quality: While the black and white video quality isn't the greatest the audio is fine. An audio version of the show, missing the first four songs, has also circulated for several years.

1976, July 28
Kiel Auditorium
St. Louis, MO
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Strutter / Nothin' To Lose / Do You Love Me? / Watchin' You / God Of Thunder / Rock And Roll All Nite / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond
Notes: For the quality issues, this show is at least a complete "Destroyer" show, even if the details aren't discernable. Single static camera which is very distant, though the viewer does get the whole of the stage above the heads of the audience.
Quality: Video. Poor video quality. Audio is better, though echoey and tinny, and the overall perception of this archive really comes from it not being particularly interesting visually.

1976, August 13
The Summit
Houston, TX
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Strutter / Hotter Than Hell / Shout It Out Loud / Cold Gin / Nothin' To Lose
Notes: Some band confusion reigns during this partial show in the transition to "Shout It Out Loud" which will be of interest to those who exhibit tendencies of Schadenfreude. The whole of the video is known to exist, but not circulate widely.
Quality: Pro-shot video. For many there are too many back/side angles on this. It's also unfortunate that "Nothin' To Lose" cuts mid-song, particularly because the colors of this video are particularly appealing.

1976, August 20
Anaheim Stadium
Anaheim, CA
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Strutter / Hotter Than Hell / Nothin' To Lose / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Do You Love Me? / God Of Thunder / Rock And Roll All Nite / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond
Notes: Eddie Kramer was hired to record this show. However, the show became one of the early KISS bootlegs as "Kiss Destroys Anaheim," though not in the quality that accompanies the DVD. There have been numerous bootleg LP issues from the 70s onwards, some of which are highly sought after. Hosted by Flo & Eddie, Ted Nugent, Montrose, and Bob Seger were also on the bill.
Quality: Pro-shot video. Some sonic fluctuations throughout, but generally a storming performance with character.

1976, September 3
Richfield Coliseum
Richfield, OH
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Strutter / Hotter Than Hell / Nothin' To Lose / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Do You Love Me? / God Of Thunder / Rock And Roll All Nite / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond
Notes: Usually described as "Cleveland." This show is a great opportunity to really hear the band, warts 'n all, performing in the 70s.
Quality: SBD recording, which is really pretty pure since not much of the audience is captured at all. Extremely good, but there are sonic fluctuations on the first few songs as recording levels are adjusted, and "Rock And Roll All Nite" cuts at the end.

1976, September 9
Varsity Stadium
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Strutter / Hotter Than Hell / Nothin' To Lose / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Do You Love Me? / God Of Thunder / Rock And Roll All Nite / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond
Notes: A minor "riot" occurred at this show as fans rushed the entrance for the general admission seating trampling some fellow fans. Musical issues occur at the end of "Hotter Than Hell" and Ace calls someone an "asshole" during the intro to "Black Diamond," making for an entertaining show.
Quality: SBD recording, clinical, with nearly no audience to be heard. However, "Rock And Roll All Nite" cuts during Ace's solo into an already in-progress "Deuce."

1976, September 12
Civic Center
Springfield, MA
Set list: Detroit Rock City / King Of The Night Time World / Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll / Strutter / Hotter Than Hell / Nothin' To Lose / Cold Gin / Shout It Out Loud / Do You Love Me? / God Of Thunder / Rock And Roll All Nite / Deuce / Firehouse / Black Diamond
Notes: This was the final show of the "Destroyer" tour.
Quality: Generally poor AUD recording.
